Welcome to SAFER's AI Tool for the new Emergency and Disaster Management Act in BC

In November 2023, the Province of British Columbia received royal asset for its new Emergency and Disaster Management Act (EDMA). This replaced the existing Emergency Program Act, and has a lot more wording and new intents.

This tool is based on the actual EDMA (Bill 31) content and some summary documents that can help the AI build context around what you're asking. The documents used by the AI in a specific search are downloadable under the "Resources" link on the search results page.
